SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. crabmeat and 1 lb. cooked shrimp shelled and deveined
1 stick of butter (no substitutions)
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. sherry
2 c. half and half
Shredded cheese

Melt butter and add flour. Stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper and gradually add the half and half stirring over heat until sauce thickens. Stir in the sherry and fold in the seafood gently. Pour into a buttered casserole. Top with cheese and place in preheated oven, 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
