SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lobster meat
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
3/4 c. butter
2 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
15 slices white bread, remove crust
1 1/2 qts. cream
Salt and pepper, paprika
1/2 c. sherry
Buttered Ritz crackers

Melt butter in big frying pan. Add lobster, shrimp, scallops; saute until tender (3 minutes). Sprinkle flour, dry mustard over seafood. Add as much cream as pan will hold. Cook until thickens. Break bread, put in bowl. Add remaining cream. Stir in seafood mixture. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add good 1/2 cup sherry. Place mixture in greased large flat pan. Crush crackers, mix with melted butter. Spread over casserole. Bake 325 degrees 40-45 minutes. Can be done in morning.
