SEAFOOD DELIGHT CASSEROLE 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. light cream
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 lb. crab meat
1/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with additional stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Can be served over linguine or alone. This recipe works well in a slow cooker also, or crockpot.
