SHRIMP, LOBSTER OR CRAB
CASSEROLE A'LA DONNA
 
3 sm. cans shrimp
1 1/4 c. wild rice (long grain)
2 tbsp. butter
2 med. onions, sliced thin
1 chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
6 tbsp. chili sauce or catsup
1/2 c. cream or half & half
Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Cook rice. Drain, but do not rinse. Put in greased casserole dish. Separate cook onions, green pepper in butter until soft, not brown. Arrange over rice. Prepare seafood and arrange as next layer over rice. Mix chili sauce and cream and pour over top of ingredients in casserole. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika to taste. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
