2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut

Combine all except coconut in blender for 3 minutes. Pour into 9 inch greased pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
