2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients but coconut in blender. Blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into dish sprayed with Pam. Let set for 5 minutes, then sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
