AMAZING COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. of milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. of sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. coconut flakes

Combine milk, sugar, eggs, butter, Bisquick mix and vanilla in a blender. Cover and blend for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then sprinkle cup of coconut flakes over entire surface. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
