PEPPERONI ROLL 
3/4 c. sliced pepperoni
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 loaf frozen bread dough (thawed)

Roll bread dough into 12x4 inch rectangle. Mix all other ingredients. Spread onto bread and fold each side over. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Brush with melted butter while baking. This can be made ahead and refrigerated.
