PEPPERONI CHICKEN ROLLS 
Skinless chicken breasts
1 bag sliced pepperoni
1 pkg. whole pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Garlic powder
Italian style seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 to 375°F. Take chicken breasts and pound with mallet until tender. Season chicken to taste with garlic powder, salt, pepper and Italian style seasoning. Place about 5 slices of pepperoni on top of chicken breasts and then top with Mozzarella cheese. Roll up chicken breasts and pin with toothpicks.

Take whole pepperoni and cut in half. Dice pepperoni and sauté in skillet until most of the oil has come out. Remove and set aside. Brown chicken rolls in pepperoni oil, about 10 minutes on each side. Place chicken in baking dish.

Dice up remaining half of pepperoni and mix with spaghetti sauce. If you have any remaining slices of pepperoni, also mix together. Pour over chicken.

Bake about 40 to 45 minutes.
