CHICKEN ASPARAGUS ROLLS FOR 4 
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
4 whole boneless, skinless pounded chicken breasts
4 slices mozzarella cheese
10 oz. fresh frozen asparagus spears, defrosted & drained
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In small bowl combine garlic, rosemary and salt. Sprinkle over chicken. Lay a slice of mozzarella cheese on each piece. Top with 4 asparagus spears. Fold long edges of chicken over asparagus; secure with wooden pick. Sprinkle all sides with paprika.

Place seam side down in 12 x 8 inch microwave baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high 3 minutes. Turn and rearrange chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan; cover. Microwave high 2-4 minutes until chicken is opaque.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
