1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Sift together cake mix and chocolate pudding. Make well in center of dry mixture and add all other ingredients except chips. Beat well then stir in chocolate chips, with spatula. Pour batter in tube pan. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Check with toothpick. Cool on wire rack.
