SOONER GOULASH 
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 pkg. shell macaroni
Dash salt & pepper
1 lb. ground chuck, crumbled
2 (8 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drained & juice reserved
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

Boil onions in olive oil; cook macaroni according to directions on package. Salt and pepper ground chuck; add to onions. Brown; add tomato sauce and whole tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes; add corn and macaroni. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes or until bubbling. Add reserved juice while cooking if needed. Yield 6 servings.
