BAKED PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread crumbs. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole (greased).

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until crust becomes toasted golden brown.

Delicious side dish with ham.
