BAKED PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 4 eggs 5 slices white bread, cubed Cream together butter and sugar; beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ham or pork. |
