5 c. sliced carrots (2 lbs.), cooked 4 tbsp. butter 4 tsp. powdered sugar Parsley 1 lg. onion, chopped Cook carrots. Drain and add butter, powdered sugar, parsley, and onion. Butter casserole. Place all the above in casserole and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
