3-4 hard boiled eggs
1 can beets

Boil 3-4 eggs, hard boiled. Empty contents of beets and beet juice into a glass jar. Add hard boiled eggs (peeled) to beets and pickles overnight. Garnish salads with purple eggs for an interesting salad.
