BAR-B-Q CHIPPED HAM 
1 lb. chipped luncheon ham
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash each of paprika, cloves & cinnamon

Simmer sauce ingredients for 10 minutes. Add meat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
