CHIPPED HAM AND SPINACH | |
1 c. rice 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 2/3 lb. chipped ham 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 oz. milk Minced onion Cook rice. Prepare spinach and drain well. Butter 9 x 9 inch pan; spread 1/2 of the rice. Sprinkle with onion. Add 1/2 of the cheese, 1/2 of the spinach, and 1/2 of the ham; repeat. Mix soup and milk; pour over casserole, inserting fork at various intervals. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
