BARBECUED CHIPPED HAM 
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. sweet relish
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix all ingredients in heavy kettle. Simmer 30 minutes, then add 1 pound chipped ham. Mix until all ham is covered with sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on plain or toasted buns. Serves 12.
