PINWHEELS 
5 lg. flour tortillas
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. chopped green chilies
4 oz. chopped black olives
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Mix together, spread on tortillas, roll up, wrap in plastic wrap, chill, then slice. May dip in Ortega sauce if desired.

May substitute green pepper, fresh garlic and onions for olives or some peppers.
