VEGGIE TORTILLA PINWHEELS 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 tsp. ranch salad dressing
1 pkg. (2 1/4 oz.) dried beef, chopped
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. stuffed olives
5 flour tortillas (8 in.)

In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and salad dressing; mix well. Stir in beef, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and olives. Spread over tortillas. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hrs. Unwrap and cut in 1/2 in. slices.
