TORTILLA PINWHEEL 
8 oz. dairy sour cream
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
1 (4 oz.) can diced black olives, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste

Mix ingredients.

Spread filling equally on five - 10 inch tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate and chill several hours. To serve, cut in 1/2 or 3/4 inch slices. Serve with salsa (as a dip).
