ORANGE ALMOND SALAD 
SALAD:

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 bunch Romaine, Boston or leaf lettuce, torn
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 can tender chunk ham, chicken or turkey (flaked)

Combine all ingredients, pour dressing over and toss.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tbsp. grated onion

Shake ingredients in a jar. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
