ORANGE-ALMOND SALAD 
Combine:

Iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 green onions, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges segments
Sliced strawberries (optional)
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted in a little butter

DRESSING:

Mix together:

1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Pour over salad when ready to serve.
