WILD RICE SALAD WITH GRAPES &
ALMONDS
 
3 boxes long grain wild rice
1 c. chopped parsley
2 bunches green onions, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. green & red grapes
2 bags almonds

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice (real)
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Cook and cool rice in 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Mix all and refrigerate overnight.
