WILD RICE FRUIT SALAD 
5 c. cooked wild rice, cooled
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained & halved
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello (don't dissolve)
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Shredded coconut

Combine all ingredients except coconut in a bowl. Sprinkle with coconut. Serves 8 to 10.
