GRANDMA'S PECAN PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. Karo light syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
Unbaked pie shell

Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs (beaten in one at a time), Karo syrup, vinegar and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Bake at 375 degrees in unbaked 8 inch pie shell for 25-30 minutes. (Recipe can be 1 1/2 for 9-10 inch pie.)
