GRANDMA'S GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
Crust:

16 graham crackers, crumbled
1 tsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Custard Filling:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
3 to 4 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar. Beat well. Spread on top of pie. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.

Bake at 450°F until golden meringue.
