SAD POT PIE (GRANDMA'S) | |
Mix 2 c. flour 1 c. water Pinch of baking powder Roll fairly thin, cut in diamond shapes. Have boiled ham broth (about 3-4 quarts), 4-5 medium sliced potatoes. Alternate layers of potato, dough ending with potato. Sprinkle with parsley, boil until potatoes and dough are done. Makes a meal with a salad. |
