Chicken livers
Bacon slices

Spread chicken livers on rack of broiler pan. (I add hot water to bottom pan for easier cleaning.) Since I cannot wrap bacon pieces around each piece of liver (they are too slippery). I lay the uncut slices of bacon over the liver being sure to cover all the liver pieces. Broil until bacon is done.
