CHICKEN LIVER SKEWERS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
8 water chestnuts
4 chicken livers
4 skewers

Combine soy sauce and curry powder. Spear 1 water chestnuts, 1 chicken liver, 1 water chestnut on each skewer, marinate 2 hours in soy sauce mix. Drain.

Broil each side 3 minutes. Serve piping hot with your favorite tossed salad, rolls, or noodles and rice. Can be multiplied to as many as needed. Serves 2, 2 skewers each.
