CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 lb. chicken livers
3 hard boiled eggs
1 med. onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Salt, pepper and flour chicken livers. Cook in cooking oil until brown. Drain off oil and cool. Grate eggs, onion and livers; add mayonnaise. Put in bowl or mold and chill. Serve with crackers.
