CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVERS | |
1 lb. chicken livers 4-5 hard boiled eggs 3 onions, sliced 1/2 c. vegetable oil (+/-) Salt and pepper to taste Boil chicken livers. Saute onions in oil until soft. Remove onions, set aside. Grind chicken livers, onions and eggs and combine with oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mash all ingredients until a smooth paste. |
