CHICKEN LIVERS 
1/2 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. livers, cleaned & halved
1 sm. onion, quartered
6 tbsp. chicken broth
2 tbsp. brandy
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne

Soften butter and cream cheese. Boil together livers, onion, chicken broth and brandy for 5 minutes. Empty all ingredients into blender. Add paprika, curry, salt and cayenne. Blend on High. Pour into crock and chill.
