KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. salad oil
3 c. drained, cooked kidney beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped

Combine all ingredients except beans, onions and celery. Beat until well blended. Pour over beans, onions and celery. Mix lightly. Cover and chill thoroughly. Stir occasionally. Serve over lettuce or as a side dish.
