HOT KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. (1/4 lb.) diced sharp process cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise OR
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. coarsely crushed corn chips
Green pepper rings

Drain beans; combine with celery, pickle, onion, and cheese.

Blend seasonings into mayonnaise; add to bean mixture and toss lightly. Spoon into 1-quart shallow baking dish; sprinkle with corn chips.

Bake in 450 degree oven about 10 minutes. Garnish with green pepper rings. Serves 4.
