EGG KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
8 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 can kidney beans, well drained
1 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. celery
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Set aside some egg slices for garnish. Combine remaining eggs, beans, pickle, celery, and onions in bowl. Blend other ingredients and pour over egg mixture; toss lightly. Serve on lettuce cups. Garnish with egg slices.
