CRUNCHY KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
1 lb. can kidney beans
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Lettuce leaves

Drain beans; rinse in cold water. Drain again. Turn into bowl; add all remaining ingredients, except lettuce. Mix well; chill for at least 1 hour. Line salad bowl with lettuce; spoon bean mixture into center. Serves 4.
