1/4 gallon salad dressing
1 #10 can kidney beans, drained
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, diced
2 cucumbers, unpeeled, diced
2 green peppers, diced
6 tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper

Mix all the above together. Add Miracle Whip (salad dressing). 50 (1/2 cup) portions.

Changes: You can use French dressing instead of salad dressing.
