1 (1 1/4 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) chocolate pudding

Using plastic bag and rolling pin crush Oreos or use blender. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for garnish. Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Press mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well. Then add 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread on cookie mixture. Chill 20 minutes. Make chocolate pudding according to package directions, using 3 cups milk. Spread pudding on top of cheese mixture. Chill 10 minutes. Spread on remaining Cool Whip and sprinkled with cookie crumbs to garnish. Refrigerate and enjoy.
