1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. milk

Crush Oreos in food processor (2 rows). Press into pan. Combine softened cream cheese with sugar and fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip. Spread on crumb layer. Prepare chocolate pudding and spread. Prepare vanilla pudding and place over chocolate. Top with Cool Whip and remaining Oreo cookies crumbs.
