OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Separate Oreo cookies and remove the frosting. Crush the cookies. Melt butter and mix with all of the crushed cookies except 1/4 of a cup. Save these for the topping. Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine milk and pudding. Mix in 3/4 of the container of Cool Whip. Beat in the cream cheese; now pour over the cookie crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip and then top with remaining crushed cookies. Chill and serve.
