1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
4 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 lg. boxes instant chocolate pudding

Crush Oreo cookies; mix with melted butter. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Pat crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and 1 container Cool Whip. Pour over crumb crust and refrigerate. Mix pudding and milk and pour over cheese layer. Put second container of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs on top and refrigerate.
