SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked summer (yellow) squash or zucchini (or mix together)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread crumbs

Cook and drain unpared squash. Add rest of ingredients, except butter, cheese and bread crumbs.

Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Dot with butter.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
