BLUE LIGHT PORK CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops that can be sliced for stuffing
1 Stove Top dressing
2 apples, sliced thin
Apple juice

Pan fry pork chops with flour, salt and pepper in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Make Stove Top dressing, using half of water and half of apple juice according to recipe.

Stuff pork chops with dressing and a few apple slices and place remainder of dressing on bottom of baking pan. Place pork chops on top of dressing. Place remaining apple slices on top of pork chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add apple juice as needed to keep moist.
