ZUCCHINI BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 lb. zucchini
1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, Tabasco, sugar and Worcestershire. Cook about 5 minutes. Add green onions. Slice zucchini in 1/2 inch rounds. In buttered 10 x 6 inch casserole, place layer of meat mixture and then zucchini, repeating process. In a large bowl blend cream cheese and sour cream. Spread over top of casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Cover with bread crumbs or Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
