LEMON BATTER FISH 
1 c. unsifted flour
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. ReaLemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen
ReaLemon juice
Flour
Vegetable oil

In medium bowl, mix flour, water, 1/3 cup ReaLemon, egg, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Dip fish in ReaLemon; coat with flour then batter. Fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain.

TIP: Use lemon batter to coat shrimp, scallops, or oysters.
