MARSHMALLOW CREME PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter morsels
2 or 3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 5 ingredients and bring to a full boil. Boil 5 minutes over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Stir in peanut butter morsels and peanut butter until melted. Add vanilla. Mix well and pour into a buttered pie plate. Refrigerate until firm. Cut and serve.
