MEAT LOAF ROULADE | |
2 lb. ground beef (chuck) 1 pkg. meatloaf seasoning mix 8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese 1/2 lb. sliced boiled ham 1/4 lb. sliced salami 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs garlic salt 4 tbsp. chopped parsley 3 tbsp. cooking oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 or 5 hard boiled eggs catsup Make meat loaf. Pat out into 12 inch square leaving 1 inch border around edge. Cover with slices of Swiss cheese, ham, salami, bread crumb mixture (combine bread crumbs, garlic salt, parsley, salt and pepper) and oil. Put eggs down middle and roll using foil to help. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put catsup on 15 minutes before it is done. |
