MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Tony's seasoning
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients and put in a loaf-shaped baking pan, or form by hand into a loaf and place in 2-quart casserole. Cook on MEDIUM for 12 to 14 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes.

Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
